Our Curriculum

Activities in the Nursery are designed to meet the child's social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs. Each child will be encouraged to reach his/her full potential. Extensive outdoor play area is provided and extra indoor activities.

Early Years Foundation Stage

At Papillon we follow the strict regulations that are set down by the government and Ofsted.

Montessori Curriculum

Our approach to education is to observe children and discover their individual needs. Our teachers help to make children confident enough to become capable self educators, prepared and equipped for the future.

Dance Lessons

Dance in its many guises (Bollywood, Latin, Hip-Hop, Ballroom, Belly, Disco & Cheerleading) provides the perfect medium for your child to truly express his or her more creative side in a safe, fun and energetic environment.

French

Madame Chantal studied English and Spanish at Nice University France and has nearly 40 years experience of teaching French to children.

Music & Movement

Mrs Genie Tatarian LRSM, MSc, Msc, teaches a twice weekly lesson aiming to introduce our children to the joys of music and movement; to singing and to playing on percussion instruments in a fun and stimulating environment.

Cartwheels

Each term "Cartwheels" provide extra activities for the children. "Cartwheels" are a mobile pre-school gymnastic and physical education organisation.
